Thanks for your recent purchase and here's what happens next.

2. Contacts & Alert Settings
After your order is received, your dedicated Companion Advisor will help you setup emergency contacts, and alert choices. Your Personal Companion Advisor will add these settings for you, so the Watch is ready on arrival.
7. Companion Service Login
Your specified emergency support contacts, who need access to the Companion Watch service, will receive an email from support@companion.technology, titled "Temporary login details…”. This will provide them with login instructions that can be used either on the Companion Service web portal or to log into the Apple or Android Apps.

9. Location Beacons
Your Companion Watch comes with a charging dock, that also acts as a beacon - letting the watch know its at home. The charging dock must therefore be left on/powered at all times.
We also offer room based beacons which help highlight where and for how long, the watch has been in a specific location.
